A. If Your System Was Originally Installed by Live In Happy Homes:

You must initiate a refund request by notifying us at: http://www.liveinhappyhomes.com/contact.html or 1- 410-636-7961. Upon receipt of your request, please be aware that the One-Year Performance Warranty is immediately voided and we will no longer warrant that your house will be substantially free of negative energy.
Your refund will be issued to you within our next monthly processing cycle following receipt of your refund request.
LIHH will remove your System from your property on LIHH's schedule.

B. If Your System Was NOT Originally Installed by Live In Happy Homes:

You must initiate a refund request by notifying us at: http://www.liveinhappyhomes.com/contact.html or 1- 410-636-7961. Upon receipt of your request, please be aware that the One-Year Performance Warranty is immediately voided and we will no longer warrant that your house will be substantially free of negative energy.
Upon receipt of your refund request, we will issue a Return Material Authorization (RMA) to you.
You must remove your System, put the RMA and System together in a secure package and mail the secure package to:

When the System and the RMA are received by LIHH, your refund will be issued to you within our next monthly processing cycle.
